The Crimson Mission and Kindred Healthcare are excited to announce the opening of the new $350,000 Honeycomb technology lab in duPont Manual High School!

The Honeycomb provides a tremendous opportunity for the teachers and students of Manual to utilize technology for growth and development that is unmatched by any high school in the country. With equipment from Oracle and other technology leaders, Manual students across all magnet programs will be able to realize their unlimited potential.

Greg Kuhn, Assistant Principal at Manual High School and liaison to the Crimson Mission stated, “The Honeycomb is a tremendous opportunity for Manual students and its faculty to realize their full potential in changing the world. We are blessed to receive such a generous gift from Kindred Healthcare and the Crimson Mission and look forward to see how their continued commitment to Manual propels Manual even further as a leader of the future.”

Thanks to the generosity of Kindred Healthcare, its Chief Executive Officer Ben Brier, and the contributions of Crimson Mission’s generous donors and sponsors, the Honeycomb is just one of many projects ensuring that Manual remains the top high school in this state and one of the finest in the country.

The student experience at public schools require many enhancements, and Crimson Mission’s objective is to “Bridge the Gap” between what public funding provides and what is needed to ensure a world class education and experience for our students, now and in the future.
